That's the result of our personal favorite, Beta-Alanine. It's a harmless tingling sensation that varies per person based on their sensitivity, but gradually decreases the longer you supplement your body with it.

As soon as you break the seal, the powder naturally begins absorbing moisture from the air since there are ingredients in the Pre-Workout that are very hygroscopic. It's completely normal to see clumping after a few weeks. It doesn't affect the Pre-Workout at all, shake the bottle a little harder to break up the clumps, and it will dissolve as usual.
